This weekend, I will be at redeenkaas.nl event in Beesd where we’ll pick up our rescued Parmigiano cheese. After this year’s devastating earthquake, some people got the idea to sell the damaged cheese cheap and give the small farmers some money that can be used to rebuild, instead of wasting an entire harvest.
so I bought some and now they asked me of I’d like to cook my favorite Parmigiano recipe on stage for them. So i will. Saturday, August 18th around 5pm.
