Thai for tomorrow

I am a bit late with the announcement but tomorrow’s ChrisTonite will be a Thai menu with various courses of your choice shrimp, fish or chicken. Or all of the above, if you’re like me. :) Ginger, laos, koriander/cilantro, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame seeds… all kinds of ingredients I plan on using tomorrow.

I’ve gotten a great sweet German red wine from the Mosel made from Dornfelder grapes. It’s a treat so I’m cooking a course especially for that wine, instead of the other way around.
